In order to ensure all shoes we sell are 100% authentic - we do not accept returns or refunds. 

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like resell shoes, clothing and accessories. All sales final. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed - probably sooner!
